Are we designers shamelessly good at self promotion? — UX Essay #1
Our conversations have become insular. We are fixated on trends, tips and tricks, tools or controversial design topics. We get so caught up in our own little world, we become irrelevant to the one around us. As writers or leaders in this industry, we are responsible for opening the door to that world.
The reality is: in the era of content marketing, self-promotion, and extreme focus on personal branding, the design publishing industry will need to reinvent itself to stay relevant.
